To support the launch of Benefit Cosmetics’ BADgal Bounce Mascara, working for the Benefit Creative and VM team with Park Creative Agency developed an immersive experiential activation that brought the product’s high-energy, playful identity to life across eight Sephora locations in Canada. The goal was not only to introduce a new product but to create a standout, memorable brand moment that differentiated Benefit in a highly competitive landscape.

The creative strategy centred on the product’s unique selling point: full, fluffy and lifted lashes. build fixtures custom to the layout of each store to maximize consumer flow and shopability. This collaboration translated into a vibrant in-store sensory experience that blended interactive design with bold, on-brand visuals to drive consumer engagement, product trial, and shareable moments.
